Ms. Samar El Sheikh is the Partner Organizations Senior Manager of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency "ITIDA", the implementing arm of Egyptian Ministry of Communication and Information Technology. She is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the memorandum of understanding between ITIDA and its 3 partner organizations from the civil society, to undertake various integrated activities serving the development of the Egyptian IT sector on the national and international level. In addition to ensuring efficient spending of an allocated fund to these organizations of over Millions L.E, through constant coordination between the ministry, ITIDA and the partner organizations.
She was nominated by the World Summit Award (WSA) as an expert from Egypt to be a member of the World Summit Award Jury on 2017.
She was also a member of the selection committee for the best start up ideas presented by Egyptian youth, to be nominated for a fully covered participation in 2017,2018,2019 CES conference in Las Vegas.

Prior to her current role in Abu Auf, Rasha had held various positions at MARS WRIGLEY, the most recent being Chocolate Category Director – Developing Middle East & Africa region including markets like Egypt, Levant, Kenya & Morocco.
Rasha is a results driven marketing executive with a passion for creating value through brand building & business development with more than 20 years of diverse experience within the CPG space on Snacks (MARS) and Beverages (HEINEKEN & most recently ABU AUF).

He joined Roland Berger's sustainability team in Dubai in 2022 after working with Strategy& (part of PwC) in Canada, the US and the Middle East. Roland Berger is the leading strategy consulting firm in sustainability in the Middle East. As an investor and advisor, Karim currently supports impact entrepreneurs and startups in several sustainability areas including circularity and recycling, conservation, environmental education, and ESG/sustainability solutions and software. Karim previously founded and sold an award-winning business in sustainable and educational travel based in Canada. During that time, he ran expeditions in 30 destinations on 5 continents, met incredible people, discovered the most beautiful natural and cultural wonders of our planet, and provided life-changing experiences to thousands of travelers. His curiosity and passion for innovation also led him to complete a PhD in strategy and innovation management at Polytechnique Montreal and to take part in one of the largest Management research projects in Canadian history with research missions around the globe including Switzerland, China, Taiwan, India, France and California. عائشة حسن مستشارة سلوكية وتربوية وماجستير صحة نفسية ومدربة تربة تربية ايجابية ولايف كوتش معتمد من الicf وصاحبة اكاديمة الزهوة للتدريب والاستشارات ومؤسس مبادرة ١٠٠مليون_صحة_نفسية . بدأ إهتمامها منذ فترة كبيرة بمجال الصحة النفسية، وخاصة لدي الأمهات والأسر والأطفال، وهي لديها أنشطة كثيرة في هذا المجال. لاحظت ازدياد المشاكل السلوكية والنفسية في الآونة الأخيرة، وخاصة بعد الكورونا. ولهذا أطلقت مبادرة تدعو فيها المتخصصين والمهتمين لتحرك سويا بشكل منظم لرفع الوعى حول المرض النفسى، والفرق بينه وبين الاضطراب، وتطوير برامج للكشف المبكر عن الامراض والاضطرابات النفسية، و نشر مفاهيم وتطبيق اساليب تعديل السلوك والعلاج. وتهدف المبادرة الي تعزيز الصحه النفسيه لدى أفراد المجتمع المصري باستخدام وسائل الدعم النفسي ، ونشره عبر عدة وسائط معرفية ومن خلال تقديم البرامج والفعاليات المتنوعة لتغير نظره المجتمع للمرض النفسي للوصول إلى مجتمع يسعى للسواء في خلال أشهر قليلة وصل عدد المهتمين والداعمين والمتخصصين الذين انضموا للمبادرة حوالى ٣٠ الف شخص، على جروب على الفيسبوك باسم ١٠٠ مليون صحة نفسية. وكذلك تواصل معها عدد كبير من الشخصيات والجمعيات فى الدول العربية للانضمام للمبادرة ونشرها فى الوطن العربى. كونت اكتر من لجنة داخل المبادرة، وتم تنظيم والمشاركة في العديد من الأنشطة على ارض الواقع لتحقيق اهداف المبادرة. وتوجت هذه المجهودات أخير بتنظيم أول منتدي للصحة النفسية التكاملية. تأمل عائشة أن تنتشر المبادرة وتصل لكل بيت ومكان عمل ومدرسة وجامعة ونادى.
